Welcome to “Flow Coach” where I provide Corrective Exercise, Guided Stretching, Massage Therapy and an environment for learning. Our goal is for clients to leave better than they arrive and achieve: pain free mobility, better posture, and improved strength and balance.
*The human body is quite miraculous and we can heal and grow if the physical and mental obstacles are removed.
Chances are you have developed habits (known or possibly unknown to you) that have negatively affected your physical and psychological wellbeing.
Re-training/Re-educating: Together we’ll identify limiting habits and replace them with positive habits. How you think – how you move – how you pretty much do everything will change.
Do I Take Insurance? No. My education is more than sufficient to help most people with aches pains and the generally deconditioned, however, if your condition is outside my scope of practice you should see your Primary Care Provider. I do not work with injured clients.
All sessions are One-On-One and 1-3x per week.
Memberships are 3 Months, 6 Months, or 12 Months.
Adult Fitness & Movement Therapy Services

Personal Training
Standard personal training in traditional weight training exercises to build strength and stability.

Corrective Exercise
Guided exercises to correct dysfunction in stability and mobility and train to achieve pain free functional movement patterns such as walking, running, getting up and down from the floor and other activities of daily living.

Thai Bodywork
Assisted stretching and bodywork such as trigger point relief or addressing fascial restrictions to provide proper pain free motion.
